Stocktake cut-off review
A time-boxed examination of freeze, receiving, and shipping around a physical count, including how the application treated goods in transit and late dock activity.
A physical count is only as useful as the freeze around it. We examine how the inventory application treated receipts and issues in the hours before and after the count, whether in-transit and quality-hold locations were included as the procedure said, and whether the freeze actually stopped posting or merely hid it from the count screen.
The review is calendar-bound. You give us the count date, the intended freeze, and the first shipping slot after. If the window is too short for the scope you want, we say so in the letter rather than stand in the aisle as a gesture.
Fees assume one site and one application. A second warehouse, a bonded store, or a 3PL location with its own book is quoted separately.
