What this site is
The pages describe independent audit of inventory management applications. They are information, not an offer to the public at large, not legal advice, and not a statutory audit opinion on financial statements. Sending the contact form is a request for a scoping conversation. It does not create a client relationship.
Engagement letters
If we accept work, the letter names the site, the inventory application, the period, the fee in ringgit, and the deliverable. That letter prevails over any summary on this site, including fee ranges. We do not sell software licences through this domain and we do not take payment here.
Accuracy
Floor notes describe patterns we have seen. They are not instructions for your count. Inventory and customs rules in Malaysia change; you remain responsible for the stock record you keep and the returns you file.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that impairs others, or submit the form with content that is unlawful or that you have no right to send. We may ignore or delete submissions that are spam or that do not relate to our work.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and the mark on this domain belong to the practice unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are loaded from a public image host and remain subject to that host’s terms. You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not copy pages as a competing brochure.
Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the public website, including reliance on a floor note without an engagement. Liability for contracted work is set in the engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Johor Bahru have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new date on this page. Continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the revised terms.
