Desk

A small Johor Bahru practice, organised around the floor.

Index Cluster Hub is an independent firm. We are not a software vendor, a warehouse designer, or a statutory audit firm. Clients ask us to examine the applications that keep inventory records, then take a written view they can give to a plant, a finance owner, or an external auditor.

Where the work sits

The desk is at Melor 9, Taman Melor, Johor Bahru, Johor 81200. Most engagements mix days on the client’s floor — usually with inventory control and receiving — with remote reading of movement extracts and count batches. We work in English. Bahasa Malaysia is used in the aisle when the client’s procedures and correspondence are in Bahasa.

The registered name is longer than the work is fashionable. The practice today is inventory application audit for warehouses and plants in Johor, not a product studio and not a clustering platform.

Who we accept

Sites with a live inventory application and a named period: manufacturers, distributors, and 3PL operations around Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, and Senai are the usual callers. We decline implementation work, licence resale, and anything that would put us in a position to audit our own design.

Write with the application name, the site, and the period you want examined. A scoping letter follows if the work fits.

Who you will meet

Nurul Izzah Rahman

Engagement lead

Nurul scopes the letter, sets materiality for on-hand, and signs the view that goes to the plant or the finance owner.

Lim Wei Ming

Warehouse systems

Wei Ming tests how the WMS or inventory module posts receipts, transfers, and scanner confirmations. He previously sat in operations at a Johor distribution site.

Siti Hajar Abdullah

Count evidence

Siti reconstructs cycle-count batches and freeze windows. She is the person who will ask for the batch that actually posted, not the enquiry as it looks today.

Rajesh Nair

Floor lead

Rajesh plans days on the dock and in the aisle, keeps the request list current, and makes sure receiving is not answering the same question twice.
