Inventory application audit

An independent examination of the live inventory application that records receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments — as it ran in a named period.

From RM 16,500 per site and period Usually four to seven weeks around a count or close

This is the engagement most warehouse and plant controllers in Johor ask for first. We audit the application that is supposed to know what is on the floor: the warehouse module, the inventory ledger in an ERP, or a standalone WMS that posts to finance.

Fieldwork is built around actual movements and actual counts, not a vendor walkthrough. We sample receipts, issues, location transfers, and stock adjustments from the period named in the letter. For each sample we ask whether the application posted the quantity, the location, and the timing that the dock, the scanner, or the count sheet supports.

You receive a written view of the application’s fitness for inventory recording in that period, a ranked findings schedule, and a letter your plant, finance, or external auditor can file. We do not recertify the software vendor and we do not implement a replacement system.

The fee range is a starting point for one site and one inventory application. Multi-warehouse instances, bonded and free-zone stock in the same book, or a first-year engagement with incomplete movement history are quoted in the letter. Nothing on this website is a checkout.
